Welcome to our shipping, returns and refund policies for dress purchases!
For customers within the UK, our delivery agency is Royal Mail and the delivery fee is £8.95 - Royal Mail Special Delivery Guarantee.
Our shipping agent for outside the UK is DHL, the shipping rates varies depending on the size and destination. Also, international customers may be required to pay import tax and duties fee depending on their location. Subomi Styles is not responsible for any delay caused by customs.
We understand that sometimes a dress may not meet your expectations or fit perfectly, simply contact our customer support team and provide your order details. We offer a partial refund within a specified time frame, subject to certain conditions.
To be eligible for a refund, the dress must be in its original condition with all tags attached and must be returned with 28 days of purchase. The dress must not have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way. Also, any applicable fees or charges I.e cost of fabrics or labour hours will be clearly communicated to you.
